Larry Bobson was arrested on Saturday afternoon of January 5, after he was spotted driving a lawnmower in circles in a neighbor's backyard.
Police investigated the incident and found Mr. Bobson having a 0.67 alcohol level. He was arrested and stripped of the lawnmower.
