#kishpatel - Indian Court Rules in Favor of Parents

   Krish and Krisha Patel opted to go to an Indian court to have the situation sorted out.

   This turned out to be a smart move.

   The Indian Judge, Prasad Patel, agreed with the parents in disowning the child. It was reported that he stated, "The parents are correct in this case. There is no point to raise a child that will fail."

   Now the child, Kish Patel, is on the street, with no home. 

   "This will teach children to get 200% on ALL exams," Prasad Patel said.

Kish Patel (above) is now legally disowned.
