Juan Carlos was arrested yesterday afternoon for having 120 pounds of cocaine in his possession.
He hid the cocaine under a big sombrero hat, in plastic bags. Then when a sudden breeze blew the hat off his head, the cocaine was completely exposed. An off-duty police officer arrested Charles, who didn't try to escape. Instead, he desperately tried to sniff all the cocaine.
Statements from Juan Carlos were not possible as all he would say was that he loved cocaine and wanted more cocaine.
