Police arrested John Payne yesterday after he had a fight with a stop sign. John Payne was very drunk at the time, and when he was arrested, he yelled that he was fighting with the stop sign because it didn't tell him when to go.
Mr. Payne was so drunk at the time, a policeman had to hold his head up for the mugshot.
Mr. Payne will be sued for the damage to the stop sign.
